I would like to say thank you to the O’Shea Ward insurance agency. I was in a difficult situation, facing a rate increase from the insurance company I was with at the time because of claims I had made for my house. I spoke with Mike for some time and told him my situation. He was very nice and listened and offered advice. He then went to work to see what he could do to help me. He made suggestions on how I could improve my insurance and helped me to save a lot of money. Mike always keeps in touch, even for little things, and we have spoken a lot since I switched to him. My wife and I have had Mike as our insurance agent for quite a while and we have been very happy.

I found Mike out of the blue by searching the web and I am very happy that I did. He was helpful and went to great lengths to explain things and provided a bunch of information. He went over everything...what coverages did what and what everything meant. Mike still keeps in touch, just checking in to see if everything is ok. Very pleased and very happy with the service and effort.

Mike has a very old-fashioned approach that combines solid professional advice on insurance issues and options, high personal integrity, responsive customer service, and great pricing.



I have now known him for several years and always appreciated his sincere interest in the well being of his customers, his sense of humor and active community involvement. Although he is a consummate networker, he has a very low key approach. He started as a sounding board and resource for me on insurance issues; he then become a trusted referral partner that gave my customers great service; and finally he became my personal insurance advisor.



Mike makes me look smart. Every customer that I have referred to Mike comes back with essentially the same comment - "I am glad you referred me to your insurance guy, but why didn't you do it sooner." On a personal level, he corrected certain under-insurance issues for me, placed me with reputable companies, made the process easy for me, and saved me several hundred dollars per year in the process.



If you are looking for a hard-working, straight-talking insurance agent, I couldn't recommend anyone better than Mike.

I was very impressed with them from the start, they used a old fashioned style of customer service....they listened to me. I told them what I needed and was looking for and they offered some great advice. They were friendly the whole way through. They said they would call back with information in 1 hour and they surprised me when they called back in 30 minutes. They went through everything with me and in the end, I was even able to save money. I would recommend them to anyone....friends and especially my family.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending his services to anyone. Mike was enormous help in educating me about insurance and the right coverages that best protect me and my family. In this, I realized that Mike truly cared about my needs as it related to budget but also cared enough to point out the vulnerabilities and liabilities that "cut throat" insurance could leave me open to.

I wanted to write this to say thank you and to let everyone know how wonderful it was to work with Mike O'Shea from the O'Shea Ward Insurance Group. In this economy, and because of our personal situation, I needed to save money anyway I could. I didn't know where to start, so I went online and found several insurance agents. I called several of them and some actually called back with information...that is a whole other story. Then I found the O'Shea Ward Insurance Group online at www.oshea-ward.com. I called and spoke with Mike O'Shea. He was very polite and friendly. He asked me what I was looking for and he asked me why, which no else had. I told him I needed to save money and that to save money, others had cut my coverage, which I was unsure about and concerned with. We spoke for a while and he said that he would look to save me money without cutting the coverages. He called back pretty quickly and went over everything in great detail. Not only was he able to save me money, but he didn't have to lower my coverages and in fact, pointed out a few things that I didn't have, but that I needed based on my situation.

I have since referred several friends to Mike and all have said the same thing, that working with such a friendly and helpful person made the experience great.
