IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, I WOULD. This location is always a disappointment. They never have any bread (EVEN THOUGH THAT'S THEIR MAIN SELLING POINT, "BREAD COMPANY"), they give out plastic utensils instead of metal (laziness), you place your order and they don't tell you that the food you've ordered there isn't any till 20 mins later, the lady infront of me ordered the same thing, wasn't charged for cream cheese but I was??!!, the manager is useless, I always come in at reasonable hours so there's NO excuse for the crappy service and lack of food. Ridiculous. I wouldn't eat here again for free..... This location needs a complete change of employees and management or just close it. A waste of my 35 dollars!! I would have rather ate McDonalds than that this location!!!!
