This place offers good apartments but mislead on the prices and drag their feet when fixing things. They also claim to be military friendly but they do not care either way they simply want money. I had problems and they took forever to fix it I had to contact the property owner who doesn't have any way to reach them except by a comment box on their website no phone number no address very shady. The rent was okay and they raised the utilities 4 times for a small 2br with one person pays over $55 plus insurance $20 for only water sewer and trash that's it most places include that in the rent. They then raised the rent on me over 10% in one year which is now the reason I am leaving and I believe retaliation for contacting the owner for issues with the a/c. I loved my neighbors and the neighborhood the park pharmacy grocery store and interstate close by. I would caution all who want to live here as I almost had to sue the company and then they raise my rent to get me out because I had a/c issues which cost me hundreds they refuse to cover. The buildings are nice the management sucks don't fall for it they are shady. I am still thinking of reporting them to 5 on your side and already reported them to the attorney generals office.
