Very poor customer service. I would give this place a zero if I could. The guy who threaded my brow, Danial, sweats all over you, leaves the thread hanging which was in my hair, poorly trained and messed up my card transactions and could not show me proof of payment. Fatima could not assist and showed how incapable she was to handle a customer's concern, ridiculous. Fatima rolled her eyes, begin to speak in her native language and walked off. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. One of the worst experiences in my life.
