Provided by YP.comI never write reviews, but these people do not understand how to run a business. They gave me quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They were rude, unprofessional, overpriced, and dishonest. You would be much better served to find any other company for your neon needs.
Here my story: I brought my neon sign in to be repaired, and they promised me that it would be ready within 10 days and that they would call me when it's ready.
After 14 days with no call, I called, and they did not answer their phone. I decided to go up to the store, and I talked to the only gentleman I could find. He told me that the person that deals with the neons was 'out,' and he may be returning sometime within the next 20 minutes. So, I waited 20 minutes for the 'neon guy' to arrive, and he told me he was 'pretty sure' that my neon had just been picked up to be repaired the previous day. It was troubling that they weren't entirely aware where my neon was.
Finally, on day 25, I received a call that my neon was ready. The store hours they list online coincide with a normal work week (8-5), so I had to take off work early just to try to pick up my neon. On my way there, I called the contact number that the 'neon guy' had given me, and he told me that he was once again 'out,' and he would call me when he arrived back at the shop in about an hour. I received no call. I called him back again, and he had shut off his phone. I left a message asking him to call me back with an explanation. I went up to their location, and there was no one to be found. Even more troubling, there were empty beers bottles and cigarette butts right outside their main office door.
I had to go in the next morning to pick up the neon before work (making me late for work). I received no explanation, no apology, and I was once again treated with disrespect and a generally apathetic attitude. The neon did get 'repaired' as it is now functional again, but the final product looks quite different from the original. I was hoping that they could at least deliver on the repair (since they did not on customer service), but it seems that this company just cannot get anything right.
This company makes no attempt to act professional, and they certainly do not care about their customers. I even omitted some of the details of my story just to keep the review somewhat concise, but the takeaway is that you can most certainly find a better company for your neon needs.
