I drive a high-end Lexus and the prices here are a little over the top. Although they have a great lounge with tasty treats and drinks, it doesn't take away from the fact that this place hit my wallet hard.

Ron and Deanna always take care of my cars getting back and forth to Plaza for service.

In 2013 we bought a 2010 BMW 750 Lix (not from Plaza) and had been plagued with tire and alignment issues from the start. Frustrated, we recently took the car to Plaza Motors and discussed the situation with Tyler Ancona. As a result, all four wheels were correctly aligned and new run-flats were fitted. The transformation was amazing. And Ty even arranged for us to have the use of a loaner car for 7 days! Thanks and - I will be back.

Was visiting from out of town and we experienced a problem with our X5, Tyler Ancona, in Service, made sure we were taken care of immediately. We had a loaner in just a few minutes, even though we did not buy the vehicle with Plaza. I would strongly encourage people to buy from Plaza after this experience.

Plaza BMW is worth the drive for us! We recently purchased our second BMW X3 from Plaza, and once again, our experience was a great one. My experience with Plaza has been excellent. From purchase of a CPO BMW at a competitive price, to some minor service issues (part recall), the team there exceeds expectations and works to make sure you are satisfied with your overall experience. Hats off to Paul Badgett in service who has made my service visits painless. Plaza has earned my loyalty.

I bought a 2011 BMW X5 RARE M-sport package car from Plaza BMW and it was a 1-owner in EXC condition car. The overall experience was bumpy from the start but they fully recovered that by giving me a great price on the Car and fixing the issues that I seen very swiftly and the service, sales and parts departments were very pleasant to work with throughout my whole purchase experience. This is the second CPO car I have purchased from Plaza BMW and I will suggest my friends, family, and myself to buy another car from them in the future . Tom Burnett (sales manager) , Mark Reid (service writer), Mark S(service manager) and Mark Young (parts counterman) were all easy to deal with.

After shopping around looking for great deals for a new BMW X5- they gave a deal that NO ONE could beat....I repeat NO ONE! some of my friends called it a STEAL!

Jason and Maurice as client advisers and Nerijus as Business Manager, Jason as the sales manager did an astounding job in going through every minute detail spending a substantial amount of time. I am so pleased I signed in the first visit and got teh car manufactured as I wish and got it quickly without any hassle.

They are Simply Awesome....FIVE STARS

The Lexus sales department is the best! Ask for Steve, he is one of the best car salesman I've ever encountered. He truly cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to ensure an excellent buying experience.

The service department at the Lexus dealership is superb. Ask for Brad to do the work on your car, he is fantastic!

i have called this company on many occassions along with visiting them for major and minor concerns. not one time have i had a bad experience.
