This was the most awful experience I have ever had. I planned to bring my bridesmaids, sister, mother, etc. for my wedding this past May 6th. Not only was the staff rude, despite countless emails to set up appointments, they did not remember our appointments and were annoyed they had to accommodate us. They made my flower girl cry telling her to "shhh," waving a hand in her face when she was talking to me. They did a terrible job, and than on top of that, charged a fortune. They called me "brideszilla," once I called the manager to let him know how mortified I was. Not to mention, I had to then get my nails redone afterwards....TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
