This store has terrible customer service. I was sold fake hair but was told it was virgin hair. When I discovered I was unable to bleach the knots I was met with insults and push back instead of attempts to rectify the issue.

Issac got me together with my natural products ETAE. Thanks Issac!! I was just about to order these products online.
