Provided by YP.comYour just no good very rude people are not helpful at all when people come to your store. It’s obvious people bother you when they come in. And you slap my husband with a bill he did not owe. His insurance paid you and you know it. But when the doctors says he cannot be without his C-pap and the pillow around the mask comes off month after he had it and after several attempts to get a new one for two months of this and we keep calling and being told it’s a holiday we can’t send it now. Then it’s you have to wait til” next month. And again it’s you can’t get it till next month. 3 times of it and you wondered why he came out the left it on your desk and said keep it then you want to give him a mask. Stupid if you ask me your not God who are you to play around with someone’s life. So you took money from us that you know good and well we didn’t owe. Our daughter came out there to buy a cane for her dad (trust me if we had known she came there we would have told her to stay away from there) she ask about a cane and you don’t even look up from what your doing and just point. She goes to pay for the cane and and when she ask twice for something she ask for the manager. The manager turns around and says it’s me we’re closing very rudely. My daughter drops the cane where she stands and walks out.

Provided by YP.comI'm disabled and recently I called my primary physician and requested her consent for me to obtain a walker with a seat. I can't walk very far without getting out of breath. I received a call back and they suggest Provider Plus. They use them for all their patient's needs. I said OK and within the next hour Provider Plus called and we settled on the product, color and attachments. Within 3 working days a very nice and pleasant man named Tom came to my apartment with the walker already intact. I had been so worried about how I was going to put it together. He explained and demonstrated how every function worked and asked if I had any questions. I can't express my joy of his professionalism and kindness toward me and my needs. Provided by YP.comWhen Kathy Serafin was alive and ran this company it was good. She passed away and the brothers took over and the company fell on their face. They even tried to sell out. Worst customer service, worst President and Vice-President, worst crippled up employees that work there. DO NOT use this company!! Sales Reps that are in the office more than in the Doctor's offices. It is a shame that the best employees left when Kathy died.

Provided by YPmobileCheeted me and lied! Gave me a cheep cpap when I requested a model with more monitoring. They lied and said insurance would only cover cheap one. Now I have to buy another out of pocket or do anual sleep studies due to lack of monitoring features all other manufacturers have. Over charged for cheep machine.

Provided by YP.comDo not do business with this company. Their salesmen are inexperienced, particularly dealing with children and young adults in sizing needs. You'll be misquoted a price for a product and never receive an invoice or breakdown for what your anticipated costs should be before you get the product. It will take forever to get what you ordered and when you finally get a bill for your portion, after insurance, about two months later, WATCH OUT, they will charge you twice as much as what you should owe. Even when they admit they made a mistake after several months of arguing, they still play a fast numbers game, like used car salesmen (sorry). Would like to give them no stars but that wasn't an option.
