I went there for the first time with my family and friends. They almost refused to give the lane to two players, they wanted to force us to put four in a lane. They also insisted that we must rent their shoes (I saw other players with Tennis shoes). They didn't let us have soda while playing (I saw at least two other players with soda).

I don't know what is their problem, why they have this bad attitude when we tried our best to act nice, patient and polite. We paid and left and decided not even to think about coming to this place again.



Bad treatment, rude manager , worst experience I had in St Louis.

WE TRIED TO GO BOWLING ON A FRIDAY NIGHT (AUGUST 6, 2010) THE GUY WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER HAD TO FINISH HIS CIGARETTE BEFORE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING US. The time was 9:45 and he told us we only had 15 minutes of bowling before they closed the lanes as well as telling us there were no open lanes. Clearly there were 4 or 5 open!! We just decided to leave b/c apparently he didn't want our business. We instead drove to Crestwood bowling alley, which I highly recommend. They were friendly and accepted our service.
