HORRIBLE!!! I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE OFFICE AGAIN. I was forced to make a follow up appointment for my daughter when she was discharged from the hospital because she had to stay an extra night due to jaundice. I did not want to take my 5 day old newborn out in the cold that day but again it was a condition of our discharge. At the office I had a resident who frankly didn't know her you-know-what from a hole in the ground look at my daughter, weigh her, and send us on our way. It was useless. The worst part was that they coded it as a preventative visit and my insurance (VA) won't cover a preventative visit. I have called so many times and tried to appeal to them. This morning while trying to explain this a woman named Kimberly in their business office hung up on me. Veterans, stay away. Mothers, run the other way. This group of "doctors" wants to make a buck and that's it. I am disgusted and would NEVER refer or recommend them to anyone. I suppose my ordeal isn't finished as they told me so sweetly that this is being turned over to collections now. Well thanks so much, SLU Care!
