The business is very fair on the amount it will loan on the merchandise I bring into the Pawnshop for a loan at reasonable monthly interest rates. The staff is friendly and provide service with respect. I would recommend this pawn shop to friends and family for a cash loan.

This company by far has lost my service! They are the most disrespectful, rude and their level of professionalism on a scale from 1-10 i would rate "1". Their body language and hand gestures said it all!!!! They do not conduct themselves as professionals at all. This family owned business clearly has a problem with people of color!!!! No greeting, no apologies for horrible service or anything!!!! My day was ruined after leaving this company, i wanted to cry!!!! They are horrible angie, david, and Susan suck! Ive contacted the BBB, I will be contacting channel 2 news , and any other complaints i could make regarding my concerns! I am not done with this company! They will hear more from me!!!! Very racist, Clearly!!!!!! You have one angry customer on your hands and this will be dealt with accordingly!

My husband and I love this place! We got EVERYTHING from them jewerly, electronics, & more! Love Natalie she is sooo cool but the entire staff is kind and professional. The owners go above and beyond to feel like a guest. I love this place!

I was in the market for a engagement ring for my bride to be, and had heard that Southside Jewelry and Southside Guns and Ammo was a one stop shop. I was short the money to purchase the ring I wanted so I got a loan against one of my firearms. By the way gave me top dollar!



A young lady there showed me options in my price range and I could hardly believe it. I was able to get a lot more ring there then I could anywhere else. They also were able to size the ring right there on the spot. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I stopped by Southside Jewelry recently with my future husband and we purchased a setting for me. It was great price and with lots of options. I ordered a larger 1ct stone to be set by thier Jeweler into a setting I liked the case. The whole purchase from start to finger took less than a week!

We had purchased my boyfriend's wedding band at the mall and we saw a similar band for 1/3 the price for the same 14k gold band.

They were nice, professional and great price. I recommend them to anyone.

I put a ring in layaway for $500.00 and while I was paying it off I saw the same ring, the exact same ring at the mall for $1,700.00. I asked the sales person and he said he could give me a great deal and take off $500.00
