I had an extremely infected tooth, Dr. Craig Brown refused to prescribe me pain medication as he sighted a new "pyramid of pain" they try to follow. I was in extreme pain until 48 hours I was able to see my regular dentist today. I would not recommend this place, or the new urgent care in Olivette as they treat you like you're a drug addict, trying to score illegal substances. Dr Craig Brown didn't even introduce himself. Walked in the room, stuck his hand in my mouth, grabbed the infected tooth and walked out. I came there for pain relief and you did nothing. I left urgent care and was in extreme pain for another 48 hours. We don't need more useless people in our town, so do your damn job, or get out! the next morning I called and after talking to three different nurses, as if they were operating independently of eachother, the last one told me, Dr. brown isn't here today, so you need to come back in to try again. Haha you'll never see me or my insurance money again. worthless

The staff is welcoming. The facility is nice.

If you have insurance and make sure it is an urgent care not emergency. The clinic switched this I ended up getting a bill for another $75 on top of $50 co-pay. I spokes to my insurance company and they are the one who told me that this is not right and they called St Luke and confirmed my visit was not an emergency but an urgent care. I will get a refund. I didn't know this so if this happened to you called your insurance company.
