This was my first time buying a wig, I purchased a 300$ wig, not real hair. I am not aware of how to treat or take care of wigs so I didn't know any bette. The woman is very nice, I wasn't even planning on purchasing that day but I did, because she was that sweet to me.



I specifically asked her, "Can I curl & flat iron this wig?" She replied with, "Oh yes, yes." I asked, "low or high heat?" She told me, "High heat." SHE LIED TO ME.



After flat ironing it at about 250 degrees which is actually low heat (just in case) the ends were so fried that it just gets tangled so bad now. I wouldn't have flat ironed it if she told me I could not and I still would have bought it if she told me no.



Very upsetting. I spent 300$ on a wig that was wearable for about 2 weeks. It's just so ratty from the fried ends. If I were to cut it, it would be too short.



Once again, very sweet lady but LIED to me. She will not have my business again. I don't think I can trust her.
