This place is a joke. I had gift certificates for both a mani/pedi and a massage. I made back to back appointments. When I arrived, I waited almost a half hour before the person working the front desk told me that the massage therapist did not show up for work and I'd have to reschedule that. I asked to go ahead with my mani/pedi. What should have been an additional 15 minute wait turned into an hour! The manicurist told me that the receptionist had double booked her. When she finally began my pedicure, she spent a ridiculous amount of time watching the television show that was on and talking about it. She did not work while she talked, so I was there another hour plus. When the next person arrived, I told her tell them she was double booked again, and she had two people waiting for 1:00 appointments when I left (I'd arrived at 10:00)! I rescheduled my massage for a few days later. I called before going to make sure my appointment would be kept. No one answered the phone. I decided to go ahead and go. When I arrived that day, I was told the massage therapist had quit! I asked for my money back. Since I purchased the certificates through "Living Social," I was told she could not give me my money, but that she would call them and find out about a refund. She took my phone number but never called me back (big surprise)! Fortunately, I also took it upon myself to call Living Social, and they kindly credited my credit card immediately.

I thought this salon was very unorganized as far as appointments go. I waited 20 minutes, even though the stylist knew I was in a wedding and I didn't have time to waste. I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism because I had heard great things prior to coming in. The appointment I made to get an updo done was unorganized because the stylist I had scheduled it with was too busy, and she got the receptionist to do it instead. Needless to say, the updo wasn't done well at all. By the time I got home, it was falling out. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to spend time fixing it after getting it done. I'm not impressed with this salon, and I won't be back.

My hairdresser, Zina, just moved to this location. She had an open house and I was amazed at the beauty of this place. It was very clean, sleek, and professional. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating from me.

All I have to say is clean clean and clean very professional Zina did my hair I would definitely recommended 5 stars from me

This salon is a great choice for anyone wanting to take their hair from drab to fab! Everyone here is simply the very best at what they does. they always listens to what a customer wants, and manages to proceed with vision and artistry. The staff is always courteous, and the location makes this a fun little getaway from the city, even if only for an afternoon. I would recommend this salon & spa to anyone and everyone.
