Tiffany Adams-Holmes, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations and school and sports physicals. Dr. Adams-Holmes treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, allergies and manages acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, ADHD, COPD, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, thyroid disease, tobacco use and urinary tract infections. She also provides gynecological care and prescribes weight management medications. Dr. Adams-Holmes is dedicated to providing comprehensive care, prioritizing the active involvement of patients in their healthcare decisions and collaborating with them to improve their health and overall quality of life. She enjoys engaging with a diverse patient base and forming strong connections. When she isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Adams-Holmes enjoys watching movies, traveling, cheering for sports teams and trying new restaurants. Dr. Adams-Holmes earned a medical degree and a Master of Public Health at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
