I have been a client for over 6 years. They are wonderful! The customer service is outstanding and they do beautiful work. Topline stands behind their product and always tries to accommodate the customer. I highly recommend Topline nails in Concord Plaza!! Tiffany is exceptional but honestly they all do a great job.

Very unhappy! After the first 5 minutes I new that the service was going to be terrible. Very rushed. I told the technician please slow down. She stated that I get 25 minutes for the $23.00 pedicure. She stated I needed to pay for the higher package. Not happy at all with service.

I went there to treat my sister for her birthday, I know of a lot of places to go but I decided on this place because I wanted I good calf massage and was willing to pay. The pedi was rushed and the girl barely touched my calves, she did not do a base coat. My sister and I were not planning on getting manicures but they talked me in to it, I really wanted to try gel, the mani was also rushed, the base coat was barely applied and she kept pushing my hands down which made me feel very uncomfortable. The total was $123 after the credit card usage surcharge. Feeling ripped off I tried to get some money refunded, the manager or owner or whoever didn't return my phone call. Don't go here their are plenty of better places in St. Louis that won't rip you off.
