My primary doctor couldn't get me in last weekand sent me to a "clinic". Apparently if you test negative for Strep, whether you have a bacterial infection doesn't matter, they won't give you an antibiotic. So after a week I called my primary doctor again and she was booked. I went to Total Access and walked out with the antibiotic in my hand. I felt they were professional, thorough, and compassionate. I will recommend them to anybody that is looking for an urgent care facility. Especially one that is clean, employs knowledgeable staff and quick one stop services!!

This place is wonderful! I was searching for another Urgent Care, and chose this one due them receiving all 5 stars. They deserve all 5 stars and more! I was seen right away and greeted with a smile from all of the staff. They care about their job and it is clearly visible by their actions. I will defiantly go again if needed and will recommend this place to all I know. Thank you guys for taking care of me! :)
