I am an 88 year old fromFlorida visiting my daughter and a rash that was itching and was developing into watery scabs. No over the counter meds were helping, so my daughter brought me to your facility I was greeted by a smiling face as we entered, asked for insurance cards, filled out the coreect paperwork and withon moments was ushered inyo a waiting room where one of your technicians checked my blood pressur, temperature, asked about my medical history, and when asked by me why she was in medicine, she replied, to help people. After she left a physicians assistant came in, looked at my legs and immediately informed me what I had. He told me thathe ould prescribe some meds tat wold take care of the skin infection that I had acquired. Extremely professional all the way. We talked about our army service and when I was ready to leave I shook his hand. and informed him , that I had been in other urgent care centers, but never had this type of such professional experience. So I am writing tis to commend you on the reception and training of your facility and staff. Well Done. Dr Edward R, Reichbach, retired.
