I do not think my utter dissatisfaction can be expressed in words. I had my haircut here once a month by Nabil for about 2 years. Every month I would go in and ask for the same haircut due to the military having strict hair requirements. Eventually the quality declined and on my LAST time in there, I received the worst haircut I could imagine. I had my haircut about 20 times there for 16$ each visit. Every time, I would give Nabil a 20 dollar bill to make a 4 dollar tip. I am sure I was his best customer. DO NOT GO HERE. He rewards loyalty and generosity with poor performance. I know Nabil was capable of doing a better job the last few times. I tipped well so he would not get complacent. I was wrong.
