Have had mixed experiences, including some very negative. When things get pretty bad (4 things wrong with 1 drive thru order, which happened to me rather recently), someone might complain to corporate, and then things seem to get better. I have seen this cycle a few times. As long as they don't serve me another raw burger or forget/screw up 4 things in 1 order, I may raise my review again if service continues to be improved.

During my most recent visit, everything was good, although they guessed my identity when I presented a free meal coupon, which they stated they needed to check if their store would accept. TO be fair, I didn't complain until after things got way out of hand (raw burger, more things wrong with an order than are right)
