I ordered the Emerald Garden Basket for a funeral. The description states that it is a 17" x 17" arrangement in a basket. When I arrived at the funeral home and looked for the basket I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed. The arrangement was not in a basket. It was no more than 8 ' wide and 11" tall. I had to search to find it! I called to complain. When asked what I wanted them to do I said I wanted them to change the description on their website. Almost three weeks have passed. I've been charged the full amount and the description is still the same. They've lost my future business.

I have always used Wolf's Flower Shop and every time I have been pleased with the flowers they have delivered whether directly from their shop or theough an affiliated shop. In my opinion they are the best.
