I have been a member of the Workout Co for quite a while now. The people there are always friendly and helpful. They have a great set of flat screen TVs that you can watch from the arobic section and you plug in your earphones to hear any of the TVs. The equipment is all top notch. There are times when one of the arobic machines may be out of order, but they are quickly fixed. They are going to be open 24/7 in the near future so that you can go whenever you want to workout.
