Arwen is coming up on her 2 years of coming to y bark alone 3 to 4 tomes a week! I cant say enough about the owner and the staff! They treat my dog like one of their own babies! There are people in front that I dont know sometimes but they sure know my baby! I can go about my day with no worries because i know she is well loved!! Thank you everyone at y bark alone!!!!

At 10 in the morning we got a call from Y Bark Alone telling us that there was an accident with our dog. While on the phone the owner was talking to the groomer asking her how bad she thought it was. They finally concluded that 1/2" of my dogs ear had been bitten off. They said that it was not bleeding and that they were not sure what had happened. I was still concerned and asked the owner to take Remi to the vet that is next door.

At around 2 in the afternoon, we hadn't heard anything, so I called them again to see what was going on. I find out that, now, it was a little puppy that accidentally bit off a chunk of my dogs ear. But that she didnt wimper or anything because they found out when someone saw blood and a chunk of ear on the ground. I then find out that my poor dog had been put in a kennel for the remainder of the day because they "didn't want her to get blood everywhere" - that is a quote from the owner. So, not only is she still bleeding (lie from that morning), but she has also been kept in a kennel all day and still has not been taken to the vet.

They finally took her to the vet at 4PM. I was able to pick her up right around the same time, and the attached pictures show what had happened. Nearly a third of her ear was bitten off. But it's not that big of a deal and she didnt make a peep. Right.

We asked for a refund of our remaining package and I signed a waiver stating that if my dog is physically harmed they are not liable - which is true. I dont want to sue Y Bark Alone. I completely understand that dogs will be dogs. I just simply dont feel comfortable taking my dog there anymore because the owner is a dishonest troll. It's a shame too, most of the staff is very nice. They just cannot manage the amount of animals they have. Go read the other reviews. Another guys dog was killed there and they didnt even tell him. I wish I had read that before I brought mine there. She'd still have two full ears.

My first time hearing about Y Bark Alone was when a friend told me they found a new groomer and she worked at this grooming/borading/daycare facility. My furbby needd his nail trimmed badly! so i was like well why not take my baby for a spa day. When we walked in we were greeted at the desk and went back to have a nail trim. The groomer was so nice. She worked with my baby so well and sat on the floor with him. After we got the grooming done, I asked about the other facilities. We got a personal tour and we got to see all the great rooms they have. There is a very nice room for boarding if a dog is having a bad day. But the play room really took the cake. It was so big and watching the dogs all run around and play was wonderful. There was plenty of fresh water set out, and if any dogs started to bicker it was broken up right away. I thought to my self right away that i would be back. All of there staff were very friendly. Not only were they wiling to get us in right away, they also offered advice about local pet care options and places where I could save money. helping me out instead of trying to take my money. I will always recomend this facility and will be coming back often!

Outstanding service, I have been to a couple daycares and this place is special. The place looks great. The service was outstanding. I used there grooming service and Robin was exceptional, my family was correct about sending me here !! Was a pleasure and will be back!!!
