Rick has done work for us several times over the last year, at our lake house and our home. He did a complete remodel at our lakehouse, he installed wood floors on three floors, designed and built a walk in shower, installed lights/fans, painted entire inside of home, installed new toilets and worked around our plumbing issues. Rick was willing to do all work, from small items or larger big projects. He is easy to work with, honest and dependable. Very reasonable price too. Rick has done many jobs for me in my 1925 four family apartment building. He has done tile floors and tub surrounds for me to perfection!!! Other projects that he has done for me include kitchen remodel, dry wall, plaster patching, minor plumbing, minor electric and more that I am forgetting. Rick is my go to guy for anything on my building and if he can not do it he will be honest and tell you he can't.

Rick is our personal contractor! We have used him for all our renovations, large and small for the past 3 years. He is very easy to work with and his work is meticulous.
