We've used them for boarding and grooming and have never had a single complaint, issue, anything! We struggle (moving a lot) to find someone to trust our dog with, in Virginia we skipped trips because we couldnt find a trustworthy, affordable location. Mugu's is literally the best. Check their Facebook - tons of positive reviews - don't take my word for it!

Completely unacceptable treatment and care. I trusted that my family pet would be treated the very best and have every accommodation to make him feel comfortable. His history of anxiety was a concern and we were assured that he "would be fine". My dog was bit by another dog during his stay. I never received a phone call to notify me of the incident. It was not until arriving to pick up my dog was I made aware of the situation that happened. His foot was punctured leaving the leg swollen to the point he's not comfortable standing. He received vet treatment and was put on medication, all without me being notified. Please do not trust this business to care for your pets. Their practices are completely unacceptable!
