Very bad experience. First day job was scheduled for, 2 guys showed up and nailed 2 boards together. The 2nd day nobody showed up at all. The 3rd day a small crew showed up and what could have been done in 4 hours took an entire day. The finished product was extremely bad. No edging done, no wire installed on small pad, wire on large pad was only just below the surface, brushed finish was absolutely awful. I told him it needed to be re-done. He kept trying to offer a cap on the bad concrete job. I finally had to hire another contractor who came in to tear out Bluewater's work and install a proper pad. When breaking the bad pad that Bluewater (Mark Koch) installed, it was discovered that most of the pad was only 1 3/4" thick as opposed to the 4" pad I was paying for. I have asked for a partial refund on what I had paid already to which he agreed to, but has since refused any further contact. I have yet to get a refund.
