Because their CNA'S are spending all their time in the restrooms taking nude selfies like Leah Rebecca King 37 years old, her real name. Not Leah Rebecca Ayers or her fake name on Facebook of Rebecca Brown. She last worked at Pinecrest 4 years ago then walked off the job. Then moved to Wyoming then back to PA took a job in Dubois.quit there.Moved to Granite Falls,NC worked at Camelot Manor, also quit there.Moved to Virginia then WV. Started working at Mercer Nursing And Rehabilitation, then months later was caught taking nude Selfies at their new location off 460 in Bluefield, WV. She was fired by her boss Ann Potter. That was her second time in 1 month. She was let go. Pinecrest are you aware of that incident? Call them and talk to Ann Potter in charge of the CNA'S. Then a month later she started working at Westwood in Virginia. And again left 2 months later. Moved back to Elk County Pa to live. I do hope this review helps out.
