Debra Baldwin was extremely knowledgable, more so than the last person we talked to at a larger national company. She also was pleasant to work with and answered the phone or called back when she could. She even helped us understand credit ratings, how to fix our credit and how the credit bureau's score the consumer. We would use her again and we've referred friends for home loans.



She also helped our neighbor (who referred us) to save their home from foreclosure.
