Do not recommend. We had our furnace looked over by them in November for a routine inspection and they said everything looked ok. As soon as they left, the furnace started leaking a orangish liquid and by February the furnace started acting up. I had a baby in March and when we got home from the hospital our furnace was not working. We got home with a newborn and our house was down to 40 degrees and right before a huge snowfall. Thank god we had a gas fireplace in the living room to huddle around before we could get a different furnace (NOT from Reindl)

Another occasion we had our septic pump go out. We called them to come check it out and the fixed it $805 later. That included 49.00 "truck fee" even though we are literally not even 5 miles away and 8 hours of labor to replace a few parts. The total for parts was not even $30. Then a little over 2 months later and the electrical panel started smoking. I can only be greatful that we were home at the time and noticed it. If it would have happened when we were gone it could have been a lot worse. (But what makes things better is that we had an appraisal on our house the next day and all you could smell was smoke and burnt wires.)

They came to look at it again to fix it and we got a bill for 1280.52. The grinder pump they inspected and "fixed" 2 months ago had to be replaced (paid for by sanitary district) and we were billed for 13.5 hours of labor and again the $49 truck fee. Parts this time came to $70.52. Over $2000 total in a little over 2 months is rediculous for something they should have fixed the first time. The workers also left our carpet dirty and we had just cleaned them the day before to get ready for our appraisal. VERY disappointed!!

I would not recommend Reindl to anyone I know. Save yourself unnessessary charges, the headache, CO poisoning, and possible house fires and look elsewhere. They don't deserve 1 star I'm forced to give them.

They were absolutely terrible! We had a questions about our bill and it took over a month for them to return our phone calls. After finally threatening them that we wouldn't pay the bill until we heard from them they called us back. Of course, they didn't sincerely apologize for the delay but gave a lot of excuses why no one returned our phone calls. We questioned about the truck service fee which was $50 and they wouldn't budge on the price...so much for shopping local. Last, after we paid the bill they had the gall to send us another bill with an $8.00 service fee for a delayed payment. The only reason it was delayed was due to their inability to call us back!! Last, while the plumber was at our house he started bashing teachers...both my husband and I are teachers and were paying his paycheck! Disgusted by their service...do not call them. Shop around a bit more.
