I was disappointed with the way my concerns were handled. Communication between the staff was difficult. If we told one person something, the same information was not passed to other people throughout the day.



We tried to work with staff to improve our experience and were met with a lot of resistance on simple matters like better communication and food choices.

We were treated very poorly by the Director of the day care. I was shocked at how unprofessional the director of the daycare was and concerned for the the wellbeing of our child in her care. We were amazed at the difference when we switched to a certified and friendlier daycare. We noticed huge differences in childs behaviors as well...as far as being happier and more excited to go see her friends.

We have had problem after problem ranging from feeding the kids junk food (marshmellows, chips, cheese puffs, ice cream sundae, ect) to shutting down for full weeks around Christmas.
