Was the easiest and most professional service I have gotten. Highly recommend, great people and very friendly... thanks for making our trip a great experience.

It was easy , I loved the kiosk to check out the car rather than wait in line. Then the "pick your car" out was great, instead of having one assigned. I went with the Optima because the seats were good for my back.

Quick in and out. Very helpful. Easy return. Loved the car I got. Was a Chevy Impala

Counter Representative was very helpful. He went as far as checking Chicago fuel rates for me since I was renting a one way. I chose my vehicle from the ones available in my class, which was great since I had a Prius (average 50+ mpg) in the bunch. Always pleased with Alamo.
