I bought my first NEW replacement radiator from American after checking other online options. There was a priced difference, but not significant. I was concerned about handling warranty issues if I bought online vs. a local shop. If I had to make a warranty claim for an online purchase, the shipping charges to return the radiator would more than eat up the savings by purchasing online. Thus, this made the online purchase unattractive.I bought the radiator from American. When I installed it, the positive battery cable hit the radiator and burned a small hole in my new radiator. I took it back to American for advise what to do. They said they could repair that damage easily and quickly. They repaired it at minimal cost and I was on my way.Oh great, now my other car needed a radiator. I called American up and ordered one to pick up in the afternoon because of the great service on my first purchase. I purchased this one at a fair price and successfully installed this one without damaging i
