Said they wouldn't activate my account or card until I called and gave them the go-ahead. They went ahead and processed my card when I never gave them authorization. I haven't stepped foot in the gym since the 1st day I inquired about a membership. Horrible experience. I definitely do not recommend this gym and the manager (Reid) running the place.
