I purchased an auto with Apple Auto and the experience was great. HOWEVER, their service department was HORRIBLE. After waiting 40 minutes for an oil change at the "Quick Lane", I asked what was taking so long. They said they were "just finishing up." After more minutes of waiting, I said I have to go as I had another appointment. The guy comes out and shows me what he says is my oil pan plug. He says "whoever changed the oil last, stripped it." Of course I couldn't argue after waiting an hour. So I sent several emails to Apple Auto, with no resolution. Sad too because we were in the market for a new car and was ready to go there, but NEVER AGAIN. They lost me as a customer. I hope others don't get burned too.
