I consulted with Dr Gail Hegeman many years ago before and during a divorce. Years later I returned to handle some difficult family of origin issues that were impacting my life. Gail has exceptional gifts as a therapist and counselor, her work with me clarified so many issues and provided me with support and courage and energy to tackle major life events. She is grounded, compassionate, simply amazing and very gifted. I wish we could clone her so that every community could have her to turn to for thoughtful and professional therapy. She also does not suggest drugs as the first answer to any problem or discomfort like so many therapist seem to recommend; Gail is willing to work with clients instead of sedating them. I've referred other friends and family who have also been very pleased with their experiences and growth with Gail.

I have received great service from the psychologist at Arden Counseling Center for many years. It is a friendly and flexible environment to get help from for a variety of issues.
