I recently had a tune-up done because of a misfire in my engine(cost $380). Upon completion I still had the same misfire, I was then told I needed the throttle plate cleaned(didn't work) same misfire(cost $50), then I was told I needed the injectors cleaned(didn't work) same misfire (cost $90). I ended up taking my truck to a different shop and was told my #4 and #8 coils were re-installed in the wrong place during the tune up which was causing the misfire. The coils were switched back to where they should have been placed and it was discovered that because of that mistake by Auto Max coil #8 was fried and needed to be replaced. Cost me a lot of money between the two shops for a simple problem. Just felt like they were guessing what the problem could have been instead of really doing a true diagnostic test. Truck is now running excellent but I'm praying coil #4 does not go bad now. Again good people but bad auto technicians.

Trustworthy and excellent service! Came in for an oil change and a ticking sound...turns out my timing belt was on the fritz! Luckily I avoided a bugger costly issue because the certified tech was able to catch it in time!

I stopped by to get an oil change on my lunch break and the service was quick! The techs did a great job and were very professional and respectful of my time. I'm now a regular customer!
