More and more these days it seems like the price of things is going up and customer service is going down. When planning a bachelorette party last week, I called at least ten limo services in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and quotes from these agencies. The day before the party I was referred to Corporate Car and Coach through a family member. The woman I made the reservations with, Gina Brennan, made me feel like a top priority. She was very knowledgeable and kind, emphasizing she would do everything she could to work within my budget. The next day when the limo picked us up, the driver, Doug, made us feel like royalty. He really gave us the star treatment by stocking the limo with ice and mixers, as well as opening the doors. Even when I accidentally broke a champange glass, Doug said, "I'm not worried about the glass, I just don't want you to cut yourself." I highly recommend Corporate Car and Coach; I wish I would have called them first when planning the bachelorette party!
