I gave three stars because the end product was very beautiful, and she was very patient throughout the process, with my endless changes, and questions. However....I only gave three stars because of what happened the day of the wedding... I paid the extra set-up charge to have everything set up for me. They were suppose to arrive at 10:30 to set things up, and when I arrived at 12:30...almost NOTHING had been done. The worst part was that she made a snide comment infront of everyone, that 'the vases I provided were too big, and IF she had known she would had ordered more flowers.' I know more $$ would have bought a lot more flowers, but I was on a BUDGET! I was mortifyied to have my entire bridal party hear that. I just wanted simple and beautiful, I didn't need anything grand. I had a plan, and ALL I wanted them to do was follow it.Just do the job. Yes it might not have been has elaborate as some, but it was my wedding. I should'nt have been called out and shamed infront of my guests!
