I recently had an older (probably 1920's) couch reupholstered and pretty much rebuilt. The service provided a consultant coming to my home with samples to choose from and the finished product was beyond expectations, particularly in the details!!!! Pick up and delivery was within allocated timeline. The only changes that would have helped me would be to have the different fabric choices have a price listed on the sample. And speaking of samples, it would have been helpful to have actual swatches of fabric to share with others and to help with beginning to choose additional furniture and paint for the room. These are small suggestions in comparison to the wonderful end product. Mary Kay Dooley, Mpls.

Although upholstery job was well done, customer service was lacking, both in its professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this company.
