Amazing. Teachers who actually teach technique and create amazing unique dances for the kids instead of letting them run around and recycling the same generic dances year after year. Beautiful new facilities. Great place for inspiring, expert-led group fitness classes, too! My daughters will never dance anywhere else!

Anyone in the Woodbury area with a child interested in dance should take heed. Based on a recommendation, we were going to enroll Sydney at DelMonico Dance. After we sent in Sydney's $35 registration fee in August we heard nothing. Finally, because the season was starting we reached out to another studio and got Sydney started there. We asked Delmonico for a refund, to which they said in one email that they 'never got' our registration. The next day, they sent us an email saying the check had already been deposited...wierd that could happen considering they never got it.



Tonight, I stopped by to pick up a check for the $35 they owed us, while waiting for the girl at the front desk to find 'her boss' to write a check, something on a yellow notepad on her desk caught my eye. It was a line, in what looked like permanent marker that read (paraphrasing here...but the key terminology is accurate): Must Remove Elisa Kaeding from the email list!! She's a HUGE B*ITCH!!



Now, I consider myself a pretty level headed guy...but it was all I could do not to cause a major scene there. Instead, after I got the signed check, I pointed out to the girl that she may want to consider moving her 'personal insults directed towards customers, and potential customers' notepad to a less conspicuous location.



So, bottom line, if you want to involve yourself with an organization that THINKS that it's ok to act like the ladies on 'Dance Moms'...by all means...head to delmonico. If you'd prefer an establishment with even the first notion of professionalism...I suggest looking elsewhere.
