Provided by YP.comOn Monday February 2, 2009 I was in a panicked situation. We had Dialog One translate a document from Amharic to English back in October of 2007. We could not find the certificate of translation. I e-mailed our concern to Dialog One and within a few minutes we received a phone call from the customer services department asking what I needed and to see what they could do to help me. In a matter of a short time, I was able to find the work order online for our previous transaction and a certificate of translation was e-mailed to us immediately.
Thank you, Dialog One for your prompt attention to our urgent request. Because of the organized fashion that Dialog One is set up, they were able to quickly retrieve our information.

Provided by YP.comDialog One interpreters are well prepared for medical interpretation. They have learned what we need from our patients. Not every service has much medical training. We appreciate the ease of requesting an interpreter online, indicating the date and time of a patient's appointment and whether the interpreter needs to call a patient ahead of time with an appointment reminder. We can check our invoice history and make sure they've assigned an interpreter to the appointment. Also if the patient cancels we can reschedule or cancel the service requests directly online.
We are really happy about Dialog One.

Provided by YP.comJust wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a fantastic job Dialog One has done while I have been working with them Persida and Jill. Persida not only is able to interpret for a language that is not easy to find to interpret for but she has done a good job explaining some of the cultural aspects as well. Your customer service has also been a delight to work with. Jill in particular has helped make this process as easy as possible and has done a fantastic job coordinating all that was needed to make our times together as useful as possible. What we do with families can be difficult to work with and handle so Dialog One's professionalism and respect have been very much appreciated. I have told them both thank you very much for all they have done but please again stress to them what a big help this has been and how important the work that they do. I look forward to continuing to work with them and Dialog One. Have a nice day and please let me know if you have any questions as we continue to serve families together.

We visit approximately 1100 families each year providing screening and Personal Care Attendant assessments for young children. Aprroximately twenty five percent of the referrals coming to our unit are for no-English speaking families. Over the past year we have been using Dialog One as our primary contracted interpreting agency. We have been very pleased with the quality of interpreters who have been assigned from Dialog One. The is company is diligent about assigning interpreters familiar with the work of our unit. The interpreters have been knowledgeable, puntual and professional We looking forward continuing to work with Dialog One in 2009.
