My wife's experience with Mr. Ferdinand F. Peters for legal advice and a petition for Guardianship and Conservatorship of her elderly father was very bad. You know what they say negative about lawyers. 'Its only about money' He is one of those lawyers. He took over $46,000. and charged more. He was not knowledgeable and misleaded. He made promises to do specific work; took a lot of money from her, and he did not follow through. She chose him for his willingness to talk and years in the business. This was a mistake for a petition with her siblings; for her elderly, vulnerable father being tricked by so - called friends. Instead all Mr. Peters did was to charge for emails, talks, and to fight with the other lawyers, then he took to making compromises that is not in a client's best interest and lying to her about his compromises. He created problems; for her, that he would not fix. He kept stalling and making excuses. Her elderly father is still with the same group of exploiting people controlling him, and worse with a third party guardianship and conservatorship; worse off. I would not recommend him or anyone in his office building. Mr. Peters parcels out his work. He does not fight strong for you and make excuses. We will have to report him to the board.
