we purchased two fire place inserts. the install people and start up people were good. the admin people pulling the permits only pulled one permit. we were charged for two. the charge for the permit is an 'averaged' price for all cities in the metro area. needless to say the up-charge for our city is 62% higher than what the city charges. pull your own permit, it's not hard & takes no time at all. when trying to work with the sales person, it was like talking to a brick wall. we just put $7000 in their pocket & was treated like crap. no next time for us & am telling all my friends or anyone who asks.
