Strongly recommend everyone I know to come here! Great prices, service and atmosphere. I love Morgan, the office dog, and Billy is very honest, kind and helpful. My van had tons of work done and I thought it would cost a fortune but it didn't and the things that could wait, well I didn't feel pressured to get them done at all. I can always call to ask questions and actually get a valid, insightful response. I can get my van in almost anytime I call and feel perfectly comfortable to sit and wait for simple repairs and such so that I don't have to find another ride. Honesty is very important to me and you won't find anywhere as honest as here!

I brought my car in after another mechanic messed up on an engine replacement. Billy handled everything including ordering a new engine when the replacement failed. He wouldn't deliver the car until it was running up to standard and ended up installing 2 engines in my car! This job was very expensive for any mechanic to do, but I felt I was treated fairly. I know he did more work than he actually charged me for. In spite of all the problems this car had and my high level of frustration with it, he took the time to talk with me about it and was really nice to work with. I will continue to bring me car to him & send him whatever business I can.

Having move to the area recently from a small little town it was refreshing to find a mechanic that was open honest and friendly. Billy help me get it towed to his place fix my car quickly in even was willing to stay after hours for me to pick it up same day. Price wise average maybe a little high on parts but with the friendliness quick work and fabulous customer service I would highly recommend taking your car there.

I recently took my car to Advanced Auto Service and came away extremely happy with the results. Billy and his team walked me through what they were going to do and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. Not being knowledgeable about cars myself, Billy easily communicated what was wrong and how to get it fixed. I highly this place to anyone needing their car serviced.

This place gives excellent service. I set the bar pretty high when it comes to picking a car repair place. I demand honesty, quality service and fair prices. Billy and the gang have exceeded expectations at every turn. I would never take my car to anyone else.

I set a high standard for my car repair places. I demand they be honest, timely and reasonably priced. Billy and the gang at AAS have exceeded my expectations on every front. They take great care of my car and my wifes car, they do it quickly for a fair price, and NEVER do I have to bring the car back once a problem has been fixed. Don't be fooled by the bad review below. I happened to be in the shop waiting on an oil change the day this all transpired, and lets just say her version of the story is wildly exaggerated. Apparently she has some sort of axe to grind with Billy, and has taken to lying about his business to score points. Billy is as reliable and honest as they come, and I couldn't recommend him any more highly.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Took my SUV in for oil change, came out $195 poorer. I told him I’m going on a road trip through mountains with a camper, please look over the vehicle. Billy calls and says my transfer case is leaking badly. It’s going to be $600 or so depending on whether or not it’s just outer seals. Then they start taking oil changes in front of my car. Grrrr. Billy calls and claims he has to sub it out to a specialist and starts talking about a figure north of $1,000. My husband calls and says please stop working on it, we’ll pick it up. Billy says he’ll charge 1 hour. When I get there, he charges me 1.5 hrs @ $95/hr plus the cost of the oil change, haz mat and supplies fee totaling around $195. After I listen to Billy bad mouth my husband, I pay. I get in the SUV and the “oil change required light” is still on. I tell the mechanic (not Billy) and he says: “Wow, I totally forgot to do that! You mean they’re charging you for that?!” I walk back into the office to tell Billy.

I recently went to Advanced Auto Service to get a transmission fluid change and also my engine light was on due to a bad gas cap. The patient and friendly staff there were great and did everything to meet my needs financially. They even stayed past store hours to make sure I got a new gas cap delivered. I recently moved to new brighton and their location couldnt be any better which makes it very convenient for any repairs or maintenance I need for my vehicle. I would definately recommend them to anyone in the area.

Took my vehicle in for compressor work and not only did they do the work fast and efficiently, but they also able to keep the costs lower than what they had originally quoted me. Where else can you find a shop that over delivers?

As a woman I'm always afraid I'm being overcharged so I always get 2 estimates. Their estimate was lower, they gave me suggestions about things I might want to think about repairing in the future, but didn't pressure me. They picked up my vehicle at work, fixed it, & returned it to my workplace & even parked it in the same spot! Fast, friendly, no hassle repair. I highly recommend this place!

I stop by to have my front end redone on a light pickup. They charged me for 12 hour of labor. One problem, i dropped my truck of on Wed. eavnening @430 pm called that night told me the problem. I picked my truck up the next day at 445 pm on Thurs. there hours are 8am-6pm. He over charged me by 4 hours. i aske" if his mechanic actually worked on my truck, response I don't think so" He charged me 6 hours to replace ball joints, should take maybe 2. I encourage nobody go there, it's a rip off.

They put used parts on your vehicle and charge you full price! No certifications in the shop. The owner has NOT been in business since 1998 like his website claims, he started in June, 2010.





What a joke! save your time and money and go down the street!
