I beg to differ with the review that deems gtp st. Paul unsafe. Unless u keep bad company it isn't an issue. I've lived here ten yrs. Love my neighbors.think we all make eachother more comfortable by continuosly talking to eachother if there r issues between our children. There has been n always will be issues with 40 yr old buildings. Mgnt needs to b more consistant, frustrating to deal with new people every few months. Seem to b more in volved in community more lately. U wanr to complain bout ur neighbor hood. GET INVOLVED IN IT. not whine n reveiw about it.

I live in georgetown park in St. Paul. The company does not do any repair. I have been without a appliance that is listed on my lease for a month. I have called 5 times to get it fixed and it still has yet to be done. I advise you not to rent from this place, terrible service and no repect for the tenants that pay a ton of money to live here!

I would advise anyone looking at this place: dont rent here. Management is terrible. You literally need to fight with management to get anything done. The neighborhood is bad, they set a dumpster on fire last week-not kidding! If you are looking for a nice, friendly, SAFE place to raise your family, it's not here!!!

If you like to have your hard earn money going out the window and living like your still under your parents rules move in any of Jim Bern's and Inc property in St. Paul, Bloomington, Brooklyn Center or Fridley. The Property manager Scott Glen does not care the way the property is run or up keep. All they like is the money flow of the property. Please look some where else to live this is a bad management company and property.
