Clean office and that is about it, the office manager in charge of billing is out of touch with people who are low income and/or state care. Dr.Mike is hack who wants to line his pockets and doesn't care about fixing the problem unless your willing to pay an upwards of 2,500$, not to mention they made me feel like complete crap about myself. Find a dentist that will care about you and stay away at all cost from this office.

I had the same problem as the person who wrote about having 10 cavities and had been seeing a dentist every 6 months with no problems. Also had to pay upfront even though I had great insurance. Think carefully before going here.

I would say STAY AWAY from this dental practice. I had dental work done at the beginning of the year. Each time I went back with an issue their response was always if you spend more money on this...you'll be fine. Not only do I not have the amount of money they were requesting, I am not going $18,000 in debt so they can line their pockets. After visiting another dentist later with my complaints, it was clear that Henrickson Dental did NOT do the custom work they claim they do. They went the cheap route in the hopes they could convince me to spend more money to make things right. In addition, all attempts to have my records sent to my new dentist are met with excuses and and claims that they were sent...yet the new dentist never receives the information. Again...my suggestion is to stay far away. I cannot even assign them 1 star in good conscience...if only negative stars were available.

Heather the hygienist did a very good job cleaning. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of one. Dr. Mike is a sales man. He did not tell me how I should care for my teeth. He just sold me on Invisalign and and other procedures not covered by insurance. He's tactless and rough.

Just had a Teeth Whitening done and they did a great job! The staff is pleasent, I will be sending my friends and family there!

Think very carefully before going here! I saw a dentist every 6 months with NO problems. I wanted to try a new dentist due to a move. Henrickson found 10 cavities with 3 that had to be fixed ASAP. How do you get that many cavities in 6 months especially since I have been seeing a dentist every 6 months?? Seems mighhty strange. Also payment had to be made before anywork could be done and I had insurance that pays 100%. Even after verifying coverage payment in cash or check was due NOW! After bad episode we went to another dentist and talked to original dentist. Both dentists checked and said teeth didn't need any filllings. I basically paid for unneeded filling.

Dr. Myron Henrickson changed my smile, bite (which was not proper) and feelings about dentistry in a 2 hour session. He is truly amazing!! I never write or give testimonies, I just had to!!!! No Pain, Everything up front and explained, the state of the art equipment, all in all, a phenominal experience!!I



I have had other good dental experiences, but not like this!! I needed cosmetic and got a whole lot more.
