Totally ripped off

Went in to have my headlights replaced. Ended up paying $75. The most I've ever paid before this is $25. They charge twice as much for the new bulbs as you can find online. Ridiculous.

Excellent Customer Service, Fast and Professional

I have visited the highland park BP several times over the past couple of months and each visit I am greeted by a professional, friendly staff member. Whatever the reason; oil change, oil leaks, tire rotation, fluid level checks, they are able to get me in and review and discuss the issue with me. I recently had a concern and they were able to take a look on the spot and put my car up on the lift to check it out. They explained the situation and gave me some free advice on what was needed. I know when I walk in the door I will get honest, fast service by a great group of men.
