At 25 years old, Ken Frank found his calling in the real estate industry. Since then he has been one of the Top Listing and Selling Agents in real estate for 30 of the last 40 years. In the past 40 years he has educated himself, and others, on how to succeed in the business, and is well respected amongst his colleagues and clients throughout the Twin Cities. Family has always been important to Ken. He grew up in a dairy farm in Swanville, Minnesota with 12 other siblings. Now, Ken is sharing his secrets to success with his wife and children, who make up the Ken Frank Team. After graduating from Swanville High School in 1964, he spent four years in the Air Force, serving one year in Vietnam. At age 22, Ken diligently began to learn business and marketing strategies through continued schooling while employed by 3M Company. Three years later, through a desire to own and operate his own business, Ken entered the real estate profession with All-Properties. Two years later, he became a co-owner and operator of Four Star Properties, a Century 21 franchise. During his 16 years at the helm, he taught other agents residential sales skills; he handled all marketing campaigns, as well as coordinated financing and customer loan closings. The Ken Frank Team formed while Ken was working at Coldwell Banker Burnet, and presently at Keller Williams Premier Realty in Woodbury, Minnesota.
