STAY AWAY from Mailand Management Corp. No parking for residents! Infested with mice.
NOT just so, we were charged over $800 worth of damage when we started out with a DIRTY and BAD shaped apartment. They are sharks! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! They will try to take all your money once you move out.

1) Unprofessional Staff, including an annoying live-in-building manager, who enters YOUR apartment whenever he wishes.
2) Cockroach Infestation
3) Wasp Infestation in the Spring

My partner and I went to check out the apartments on Priscilla and upon stepping foot onto the front step some crazy looking old man started questioning us about who we were, who we were trying to see, why he hadn't seen us around before, etc. My partner told him we were there to see an apartment and that we had an appointment with the manager of the building; he then asked who the manager said they were. After we had confirmed that this man was indeed the building manager, out of an act of desperation to live close to my school and place of work, not to mention we did not have thousands of dollars to put down on multiple places we agreed to sign the lease and pay the application fee (both due at the time of the showing).
The apartment buildings are infested with cockroaches and although the company which owns the building agrees to pay for an exterminator the live-in-landlord either refuses to let the exterminator in or they enter when you're sleeping or in the shower without any notice at all. In the Spring we had an infestation of wasps coming through the bathroom fan which was apparently 'normal' for the building... If you're a student or have a full time job this is definitely not the kind of place you want to rent from as the living conditions are loud at all hours of the day and night which is of absolutely no concern to management.

Stay as far away as possible from Mailand Managment and any of their properties. Greg Mailand is a slumlord who only cares about money. The office staff have 0 customer service skills. The buildings are infested with cockroaches, unsafe, and there have been numerous car break-ins in the parking lots. Mailand Management thinks their only due diligence is to call a pest control company and let them handle the cockroaches from there. They are in complete violation of the Writ of Habitability and they do not care. The apartments are overpriced for the horrible standard and living condition they are in. There are always homeless people in the building sleeping on the hallway floors and in the stairways. Never rent from Mailand Management on ANY of their properties. Keep yourself safe and healthy and STAY AWAY. I only give them 1 star because I cannot give them 0.
